Alan Looney brings every Castle residence more than 15 years of custom home-building experience, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a team of highly-qualified craftspeople. His cost analysis experience from his industrial engineering days has provided him with the expertise to keep your project on schedule, and within your budget. Alan employs only the most talented staff to assist him in overseeing all areas of project management. His Castle team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless construction process, including client consultation, home design, project estimation, quality control, scheduling of trade contractors and acquisition of materials. Using this careful process, he creates homes with architectural integrity that stand the test of time.

HEATHER LOONEY, Interior Designer

Heather Looney brings her clients creativity, innovation and the ability to anticipate emerging home design trends, along with 14 years of design and marketing experience. Her talent with color, texture, concept and materials allows her to help you choose the interior and exterior details that make your house a home.

Heather's specialty is ensuring every Castle residence is a balance of design and comfort; personifying timeless beauty and livability. Through personal consultation, she helps you create a home that fits your lifestyle and your budget.

Whether it's choosing just the right brick, stone, window style, light fixtures or door hardware, Heather and Alan can help you create an exterior veneer that will set your house apart. They have the expertise to help you choose the perfect interior touches, such as mantle design, trim profiles, flooring, molding, tile, plumbing, cabinet hardware/design and numerous other crucial elements that make a home unique. They will work hard on the front end to make sure you have the house of your dreams, long before construction begins.

Both Alan and Heather are members of The Foundations, a group within the National Association of Home Builders. Through this affiliation, they regularly travel to major markets in the U.S. and Canada to learn about new standards, technologies and trends in the custom home-building industry.

BRETT WRIGHT, Project Manager

Significant experience in customer care, estimating, scheduling, takeoffs and land development ensure Brett is going to meet each customer's specific needs timely, efficiently, and completely. Brett works diligently on each project to see that each customer's home is completed with the utmost quality, care and attention to detail. Brett is a Graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management. He is also licensed by the State of Tennessee for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.

CAROLINE WEIGEL, Interior Designer

Caroline is a graduate of Interior Design from American Intercontinental University of Atlanta. She has previously served as project coordinator and interior designer for the residential architecture firm, A Classical Studio, in Atlanta. As Selections Coordinator, she coordinates the exterior and interior finish selections including generating kitchen and bath CAD drawings.

JOE CRIDER, Superintendent

Joe has a degree in Building Science - Construction Management from Appalachian State in North Carolina. He previously worked for Stuart Stevens Construction Company. He assists in project management, estimating, scheduling and site management. He is an invaluable member of the Castle Team.
